Ayer nos reímos un rato viendo cómo los bancos sudaban frío con la Ley GENIUS. Hoy toca ponernos serios, pero no aburrido, para hablar de la otra cara de la moneda: la Ley CLARITY.
¿Se acuerdan de los viejos tiempos (hace como dos años 😅) cuando nos levantábamos temblando para ver a qué moneda había demandado la SEC por capricho? ¡Qué pesadilla! Bueno, pues CLARITY es el "¡BASTA YA!" a esa era del terror.
Esta ley es un arma de doble filo, y te voy a explicar por qué es la mejor noticia que podíamos recibir los que holdeamos de verdad.

Lo primero que hace CLARITY es trazar una línea en la arena. Define por fin, legalmente, qué es un commodity (mercancía, como el oro o el trigo) y qué es un security (valor).
¿Qué significa esto para ti?
Que si tienes en tu portafolio proyectos serios, descentralizados y con utilidad real, ya saben de cuáles hablo: BTC, ETH, y las Top Alts de infraestructura, ¡felicidades! 🎉 Ahora tienen un escudo legal.
