Vitalik给L2新出路：别只盯扩容，转做L1做不到的差异化——隐私保护、特定应用优化（游戏、AI、社交）、超低延迟、非金融场景。L2变成「功能插件」而非扩容主力。这是权力回归：以太坊主网重夺主权，L2若没独特价值，就成过渡品
这不是背叛，是成长。当L1 Gas Limit年底冲200 million、手续费几美分，用户用脚投票，头部L2（Base靠Coinbase流量、Arbitrum/Optimism加速Stage 2）或许活下来，其他幽灵城就GG。Layer2时代结束，以太坊进入「L1主导 + L2专精」新阶段！
