You don't need to win every trade to be profitable.
You just need a good Risk/Reward Ratio (RRR).
What is Risk/Reward Ratio?
It's the ratio of how much you risk vs how much you aim to gain.
Example:
You risk $100 to make $300 — that's a 1:3 Risk/Reward Ratio.
Why it's powerful:
With a 1:3 RRR, you only need to win 4 out of 10 trades to be profitable.
Win 4 trades: +$1,200
Lose 6 trades: -$600
Net profit: +$600
Even with a 40% win rate, you're making money!
Golden rules:
- Always aim for minimum 1:2 RRR
- 1:3 or higher is ideal
- Never take trades where potential loss is greater than potential gain
- Set your take profit and stop loss BEFORE entering
