The U.S. Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Stellar Development Foundation have announced plans to support the tokenization of assets held by The Depository Trust Company (DTC) on the Stellar network. According to Foresight News, the tokenized assets are expected to be available on the Stellar network by the first half of 2027. This initiative aims to leverage blockchain technology to enhance the efficiency and security of asset management.
