Don’t make the same mistakes I did.
I started trading Forex in 2006 and spent 12 years losing everything. I was always on 500x leverage.
I sold my house, land, cars, and valuables to keep trading, but it was loss after loss.
I got into crypto in 2015. Same story. Loss after loss.
Any time I funded my account, it was gone in 3 days — 8 days max before I blew it up.
4 things wrecked me for 20 years:
1) Overleveraging
2) High-risk trading
3) Entering without a pullback
4) Greed
Here’s what changed:
1) Overleveraging: I don’t use more than 10x leverage now
2) High-risk trading: I used to 3x my account in 3 days, then lose it all in 2. Now I risk less than 3%
3) Entering without pullback: Now I study the charts, set alerts, and only enter at the best price when triggered
4) Greed: I always tried to double or triple my account in a day or two. I was a fool for years.
Today I made just 3% and I’m done for the day.
For a while now, my main income has come from these small gains, and I’m growing slowly.
