I want to talk about something nobody in crypto talks about honestly enough and that is what happens after a bad trade.
Not the chart analysis, not the post mortem, not the lessons learned thread.
I mean the actual feeling of watching money disappear and the dangerous place your head goes after that.
Because the first thing most people do after a big loss is try to get it back immediately, they open another position, they size up, they trade angry and before they know it a $500 loss becomes a $2,000 loss.
From my own view the most important trade you can make after a loss is no trade at all.

Close the app, step away and come back when the emotion is gone because the market will still be there tomorrow and you will think much more clearly. 💪
