When fear is extreme, capital usually flows to strength first.

🔹 $BTC = strongest liquidity + market leader

🔹 $ETH = strongest ecosystem + major L1

🔹 Large caps = survive cycles

During extreme fear:

Risk appetite is low

Liquidity dries up

Weak altcoins bleed the most.

So accumulating core portfolio (BTC & ETH) often makes more sense than chasing random altcoins.

Altcoins can outperform later, but usually after BTC stabilizes and confidence returns.
