Ejecución: Según documentos de liquidación de activos, los fiscales ordenaron al Servicio de Alguaciles de EE. UU. (USMS) transferir los bitcoines a una cuenta de Coinbase Prime el 3 de noviembre de 2025 para su venta.

Controversia: Analistas y legisladores, incluida la senadora Cynthia Lummis, señalan que esta acción viola la Orden Ejecutiva 14233 firmada por el presidente Donald Trump en marzo de 2025. Mt Gox moved around 12,000 Bitcoins today to different wallet addresses. Since its bankruptcy filing in 2014, several creditors are awaiting their repayments. As per its announcement in October 2024, the repayment deadline extended to October 31, 2025.
