P2P之后，中对方报997！

大部分去P2P之后中的都是NSRC⚠️
✅1.先去附近的警察局做详细备案
（把事情的完整细节都放进去report）
✅2.然后去银行问：那个部门指示冻结你的户口，那个IO负责你的case？（一般上银行不会自动去冻结你）
很多bank也不会告诉你谁指示他们封你户口的
✅3.想办法联系上负责你案子的IO
（INVESTIGATING OFFICER查案警官）
✅4.然后寻求他的帮助，配合他调查案子
（不过一般是不会理你的，除非有找到靠谱的外交帮忙）
⚠️ 中NSRC不能开新的户口，不能贷款，最后久了可能中WANTED（警察的通缉犯）
⚠️千万不要上网找外交，找信任的人推荐（因为很多人中了，尤其是在XHS）
⚠️也不要以为放着不理时间到会开回户口（目前100人里面我有听过的是有3位银行叫他去拿回户口的钱，然后关掉户口，但是NSRC的case一样还在）
