Florida’s Palm Beach County Board has officially approved the ceremonial renaming of a key 4-mile section of Southern Boulevard — stretching from Palm Beach International Airport to Mar-a-Lago — to President Donald J. Trump Boulevard.
The move follows Governor DeSantis' legislation directing Florida’s Department of Transportation to proceed with signage installation by September, pending local city approval. The original road name will remain in use for mailing and emergency services.
Another stretch of the road has been dedicated as “PBSO Motorman Highway”, in memory of three fallen deputies.
