This is probably a coin on BSC Network and it is not advisable to buy, because, when the main Pi Is finally listed, every other PI out there will notice a huge decrease in price and volume

Don’t rush into buying some random coins, even if you go to DEX Screener, you will find many coins named PI (PI network ) and all of them are being created by scammers trying to cash out on the hype around PI
