Suddenly, my Pi Network application crashed. I uninstalled and then reinstalled it. Now, when I try to log in, it only gives me the option to create a new account with a new username. I tried all my numbers, but I cannot recover or log in to my old account. It keeps prompting me to create a new account.

What should I do? How can I recover my old Pi Network account?
