I assume that a settlement has been reached between Binance and Pi Network founder Nicolas. As part of this, the Pi Core Team may sell some of their reserves to lower the Pi rate to around 1 USDT. Following this, Binance is expected to list Pi on its exchange. During this period, Binance may also accumulate a significant amount of Pi tokens in preparation for the listing.
