porque son distintos una es perpetua y la otra no la conozco pero la he visto es lo mismo que pasa con spot hay siempre una diferencia entre spot y futuro

Why there are different prices of $BTC at two different accounts at same time. One is with trade showing lower prices and draining out my blood while other is without trade with high prices.
