A believer should not wish for the victory of Allah’s enemies over his Muslim brothers, even if there is hatred and animosity between him and his Muslim brother. Indeed, Allah remains the first beloved. Do not neglect in Allah’s way because of the conflict sedition of the Muslims’ actions among themselves. In fact, when there is war between a group of them and the enemies of Allah, then here, for Allah’s sake, one should wish victory for whomever he desires of the Muslims over enemies of Allah. So you should not befriend enemies of Allah or take them as allies while you know that they are the enemies of Allah.

Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: [Al-Mujadalah] 58:22

{لَّا تَجِدُ قَوْمًا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِ يُوَآدُّونَ مَنْ حَآدَّ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَلَوْ كَانُوٓا۟ ءَابَآءَهُمْ أَوْ أَبْنَآءَهُمْ أَوْ إِخْوَٰنَهُمْ أَوْ عَشِيرَتَهُمْ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ كَتَبَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمُ ٱلْإِيمَٰنَ وَأَيَّدَهُم بِرُوحٍ مِّنْهُ ۖ وَيُدْخِلُهُمْ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ رَضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حِزْبُ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّ حِزْبَ ٱللَّهِ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ ‎﴿٢٢﴾‏} صدق الله العظيم
