Polkadot 21 Shares ETF might go live 23 February!

After the 20 January filing, they updated the latest S-1/A7 filing on 2 February.

With SEC closed, @21shares is bypassing review via auto-effectiveness under Section 8(a) of Securities Act.

If there is no SEC intervention within 20 days, the ETF becomes effective by default.

Similar like Canary Capital Hedera ETF or Grayscale Solana ETF did.
