Cons of Fogo vs. Solana

* Centralization Risks: To achieve 40ms speeds, Fogo requires elite hardware and specific geographic clusters for its validators. Solana is significantly more decentralized with thousands of nodes globally.

* Network Effects: Solana has billions in Total Value Locked (TVL) and a massive community. Fogo is still in its "early adoption" phase, meaning it has fewer users and less historical "battle-testing."

* Software Fragility: Solana is moving toward having multiple independent validator clients (Agave, Firedancer, Jito). Fogo relies almost entirely on its optimized version of Firedancer; if that specific code has a bug, the entire network stops.

* Institutional Focus: Fogo is so optimized for trading that it may be less attractive for "fun" retail activities like NFTs or social apps compared to the diverse ecosystem of Solana.
