One of the most meaningful parts of my work in community building is seeing people come together, connect, and grow.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, I had the opportunity to support the organization of “SHE BUILDS: Women, Wealth & Well-Being,” a community gathering that brought together inspiring women to share experiences, perspectives, and ideas around financial empowerment, personal growth, and well-being.

Being part of initiatives connected with Binance Academy, I truly believe that education and community are two powerful forces that can open more opportunities for people, especially for women exploring the Web3 and digital finance space.

Seeing so many passionate women in one room — supporting each other, exchanging insights, and building new connections — was incredibly inspiring. Moments like this remind me that strong communities are built through collaboration, trust, and shared purpose.
