Every country in world have its own constitution and system. To run system we required legal tender to excess service sector by consumer , citizens.But in modern era we found on ground reality that several consumer, citizen increase there skill and excess larger part of budget from system.

Therefore budget should be plan in the way that entire population of country excess the legal tender whether they have skill or without skill means direct minimum support to consumer , citizen of legal tender direct credited in there account.
