Hold & risk it may give a higher profit return instead of short term profit

Guys… I am feeling very confused and emotional right now 😭💔. A little while ago I bought $BEAT , and now it is showing $460 profit 💵. But yesterday the same coin gave me around $645 loss, and that loss really hurt me. I was very stressed and felt like I made a big mistake. $BEAT Some people here were telling me to hold for profit, while others were saying close before more loss. Because of all this mixed advice,I lost money yesterday. That situation was very painful for me. Now I finally see profit,but I am still scared. Should I take this profit now or hold and risk another loss? $BEAT
