The Strait of Hormuz remains open, Iran says.
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that the strategic waterway is still accessible for international shipping. However, tankers and ships belonging to Iran’s enemies and their allies will not be allowed to pass.
He added that all other vessels are free to transit normally despite the rising tensions in the region. ⚠️🌍🚢
