Take a look at $TSLA it has been in a downtrend for a long time. It has formed a trendline that the price keeps tapping and then dumping from. Over the past 4 times, it has touched this same trendline and dropped, and right now it’s once again testing that level.
Moreover, sellers appear to be strong here. Even if the trendline breaks, it could be a fakeout because buyers seem very weak at the moment, and there’s also significant liquidity below.
That’s why a short trade setup from here looks like a good plan.
