I’m not buying the hype around S.I.G.N. yet—but I’m definitely paying attention. It reminds me of how we trust courier systems: everything works smoothly until one weak link breaks the chain. Then you realize trust isn’t claimed, it’s proven over time.

Sign’s idea of building a verification layer sounds important, no doubt. But the real question is simple—who issues the credentials, and what keeps them honest? Incentives matter. If those aren’t aligned, even the best-designed system can be gamed.

I’ve seen too many projects look perfect in theory but struggle in real-world conditions. Scale, user behavior, and economic pressure usually expose the gaps.

For me, adoption is the real signal. Not noise, not narratives—actual usage that solves real problems.

So yeah, I’m cautious… but watching closely.
