$PIPPIN downtrend is not normal. It's looking some accounts accumulating the chips. But definitely it's has a limit although I am not sure is this last stage or more down but based on the others altcoins Pippin doesn't cross the $1 or more so based on the others coins up and down price rational, its looking the bottom price of this coins has been reached.

so i hope its a matter of time to go up 300% to 400% in a single day.
