World Foundation subsidiary sells $65M in $WLD via OTC deals

World Assets has sold $65M worth of WLD (239M tokens) to four counterparties at an average price of around $0.27, with part of the allocation subject to a six-month lockup.

The sales, which began March 20, come as WLD hits a new all-time low near $0.24, down roughly 97% from its 2024 peak.
