Sometimes the reward is only the visible part

I was out today, and while talking with friends, Sign came up for a bit. At first it sounded like a normal reward and token conversation, but later I kept thinking about something else. Some projects look simple at first, then slowly start feeling like they are trying to solve a much bigger problem underneath. That is what stands out to me here. With Sign, the reward side feels like the visible part, but the deeper story feels closer to trust, proof, and whether digital systems can still make sense after the result is already there. That is why it feels bigger than a normal project story to me.
