Weekend activity rolled over across major Perp DEXs, with open interest and volume both cooling, but Hyperliquid still printed the deepest market by far at roughly $28.2B in 24h volume and $69.2B in open interest. A 43% week-over-week volume drop shows the tape is softer, yet the OI lead says capital is still concentrated and waiting for the next impulse.

This is the setup I watch closely: when volume dips but OI stays elevated, the market is usually pausing before a decisive move. Hyperliquid remains the venue where larger players are most likely to re-engage first.
