Today I understood something important:
Volume actually matters a lot.
At first, I thought:
Green volume = buying
Red volume = selling
But it’s not that simple.
Volume just shows how active the market is,,,
how many buyers and sellers are interested.
If volume is low → fewer people care
If volume is high → strong interest in the market
I’m still learning, but this part really stood out:
Price + Volume Relationship
1️⃣ Price going down + volume going down
→ Selling pressure is weakening (possible reversal)
2️⃣ Price going down + volume increasing
→ Strong selling (more downside possible)
3️⃣ Price going up + volume increasing
→ Strong buying (trend likely continues)
4️⃣ Price going up + volume decreasing
→ Weak move (possible reversal)
This made me realize something:
It’s not just about price… it’s about how price moves with volume.
Still learning, but this feels like a game changer.
