The death penalty by hanging for Palestinians only, and today the Knesset just made it law: default hanging in military courts for Palestinians convicted of "terror", while Israeli settlers live under a different legal system. Murdering Palestinians used to be labeled "collateral" and "extrajudicial", now it's just official policy.
