Most systems try to create instant trust. That’s always sounded a bit forced to me.
What I see in SIGN is something quieter. It doesn’t try to prove everything upfront. It lets trust unfold slowly—through actions, through time, through the way people and issuers behave when there’s actually something at stake.
Because once rewards enter the picture, everything shifts. Credentials stop being just signals. They become tools. Sometimes useful, sometimes… convenient.
And that’s where it gets real.
Not perfect. Not clean. But honest in a way most systems aren’t.
I’m not fully convinced it works long-term. But I respect the direction.
Trust shouldn’t be given once. It should be watched.
