Most traders don’t lose because they’re “bad” — they lose because they trade without a repeatable process.
My simple checklist before any entry:
What’s the trend (HTF)?
Key level (support/resistance) marked?
Entry trigger defined?
Stop/invalidation set before I buy?
Risk per trade capped (e.g., 0.5–1%)
If you can’t answer these in 30 seconds, it’s not a trade — it’s a guess.
