* Bronze and Iron Age: Metal to build (c. 3000 BC – 500 AD).

* Industrial Age: Steam machines (c. 1760 – 1970).

* Information Age: Connected computers (c. 1970 – 2010).

* AI Age: Thinking algorithms (c. 2010 – Present).

* Quantum Era: Harnessing atoms (Expected 2030s and beyond).
