I want to share a serious issue I faced in the SAHARA Trading Tournament.
Before the event ended, I had already completed around $6,000 trading volume and was ranked 3378, which placed me within the reward eligibility range (5000). Since the event had officially ended, I stopped trading. However, after the event ended, the leaderboard was unexpectedly updated again. As a result, my ranking dropped to 6764, which made me ineligible for rewards. This feels very unfair and misleading. If the event had already ended, rankings should not have changed afterward. Participants make decisions based on the final status shown during the event period.
I request the team to :
(1) Clarify why the leaderboard was updated after the event ended
(2) Review my case fairly
(3) Ensure transparency so that users are not misled in future events
I hope this issue will be addressed properly.
(4) If Not Give me Reward at least reward my fee which Was Cut during 6k Trading.
