Why? Italy’s Defense Minister just warned about real risk of "nuclear escalation" in the Iran conflict. Trump is running “hot negotiations” with Iran, gave them a hard deadline, and said “a whole civilization can be gone tonight”. At the same time there are last-minute talks about ceasefire, but nothing is confirmed.
Markets are pricing in maximum uncertainty.
My quick take: Short-term we stay cautious. $BTC and indices are holding, but any bad headline from the Middle East can send everything lower fast. Longer-term - if they somehow reach a real deal, we can see a strong relief rally.
