The current move in BTC looks like a long squeeze to me.
If you’re still long, be careful. This isn’t a great area to add without a wide stop. Price is now trading in premium, so there’s no need to rush new longs here.
I’d rather see price return to discount first, around 68K–67K.
That’s where I’m willing to look for a fresh long setup.
The push higher happened while open interest stayed low, so it looks more like a short squeeze than real trend strength.
It’s not like yesterday’s move.
BTC also left minor liquidity around 70,400–70,500, so that zone can still be swept before any deeper retracement.
From here, I’m still expecting a healthy pullback toward the 68K–67K area in the coming days.
That’s the zone I’m watching for a cleaner long setup.
