Unpopular Opinion: HODL is BAD advice for most people.

There. I said it.

"Just HODL bro" sounds wise — but here's reality:

❌ Most people HODL the wrong coins (not BTC/ETH)

❌ Most people HODL through -80% without a plan

❌ Most people HODL but sell at the WORST moment — the bottom

True HODLing requires:

✅ Holding only fundamentally strong assets

✅ Not checking price every hour

✅ Having income outside crypto so you don't panic sell

✅ A 3–5 year minimum time horizon

HODLing BTC since 2020? Genius move. ✅

HODLing a random 2021 meme coin since launch? Financial trauma. ❌

The strategy isn't wrong. The execution is.
