HOW to Make up your mind on a bad day ?

i am new here seniors and have already lost my savings about 120$

this may be very less to some of you but it was all my 1 year savings.

the problem was i overtraded on good days and

revenge traded on bad ...

PLS HELP and GIVE me some advice ...

i hope to get some tip to restart ith discipline and not doing past mistakes .
