هابطI have lost $15,000 in a single day and I learnt something that I didn't know before in my 7 years journey . You all witnessed the loss and it came with a lesson in my trading journey that I am gonna share here with you.
First of all let’s talk about the mistakes I did and I want you to avoid all those.
I had my technical analysis and also strong fundamental analysis on the trades, I was in the profit of $5000 but I didn't close the trade. That's the main mistake to not book the profit. As in trading, making profit is easier than taking profit.
The second mistake was the coins I chose for trade. As I was doing Future trade, I chose $ENA and $PENGU . Both are good coins and have strong fundamentals but on leverage trading these coins dump unexpectedly and that's what makes them not reliable for future trading.
The third mistake was depending on the exchange, and that's what no one mostly expects from the exchange. I used SL on my trades but due to the crash, Exchange didn't hunt my SL. It just liquidated me.
Now come to the point of what happened that night.
Trump announced some tariff news that caused the biggest crash of crypto history and between all those victims, I was also one of them. Although I haven't added all of my funds in the future. But still it was a loss.
The thing I learnt mainly was that if you are doing future trade, Choose only $BTC , ETH, SOL or BNB. The reason is that, when there is such a crash in the market, these coins dump max 20% or just 10-15% but the ALTCOINS dumps more than 90% or you can say - 600% as well. As ENA dropped from 0.57 to 0.12 and that's almost 500% but BTC only dropped from 122K to 102K, that's less than 20%.
Now you can clearly see in my trades that I share in my premium group or take trades only on these 4 coins mainly.
So, that's the story of learning from Loss and not taking it as an end, but to take it as a lesson so that next time we can learn much better and prepare better for trades.
