Today Trump announced he has ordered the US Navy to immediately blockade the Strait of Hormuz. The American fleet will intercept any vessels paying tolls to Iran and start destroying Iranian mines in the strait.

In simple terms: Trump has decided to take full control of the world’s most important oil artery and put massive extra pressure on the entire global economy.

This is straight-up escalation. We’re looking at higher oil prices, another wave of risk-off, and even more pain for crypto.

My honest take: As long as Trump is in power and keeps pulling stunts like this, there will be no peace — neither in the markets nor in the world. We’re not heading toward a green market… we’re unfortunately heading straight toward WW3.
