JUST IN: A U.S.-sanctioned Chinese tanker passed through the Strait of Hormuz despite the U.S. blockade, according to shipping data.
The vessel, Rich Starry, carrying about 250,000 barrels of methanol, is the first known tanker to exit the Gulf since the blockade began.
