@Pixels I keep coming back to Pixels because it made a harder choice than most crypto games and chose not to force every action on-chain. Land and pets still matter and PIXEL still matters as a premium layer but the core loop and the task and reward systems stay off-chain so the game can move faster and stay playable. That matters more now because Pixels says it has reached over 10 million players and ships updates every two weeks while Luke Barwikowski has said that Pixels once had everything in the game on-chain and that this pushed the economy toward real money gaming. My view is that the market still underrates this balance because the near term strength is better retention with less friction and more room to adjust the live economy while the risk is that traders may still overestimate how directly token value captures gameplay activity. Over the long term Pixels looks more compelling to me if it keeps ownership meaningful and lets off-chain systems handle the parts that need speed and flexibility.
