I've decided to start building a relatively large spot position in ETH for the next cycle.
For the second-largest asset in the industry, this chart will look materially undervalued if it can continue to hold how good it technically looks.
That said, this current price still looks like a mid-bear rally, and I have no interest in getting caught on the wrong side of a move that can still push another 20–30% lower from here.
My plan is to deploy a meaningful portion of capital and DCA over multiple months, but only once price trades back down into the blue section of my cloud, which is my accumulation zone.
It would be a medium to long-term hold with a very asymmetric risk-reward. Even a move just back into the upper boundary offers roughly ~12RR.
Can't wait to revisit this post in a few years. ✌️
