 Iran Shuts Strait of Hormuz — AGAIN
Iran's Armed Forces announced the Strait of Hormuz "has returned to its previous state" — meaning full military control. Tehran accused the US of "piracy and maritime robbery" under its blockade and said it previously allowed limited vessels to pass "in good faith" but the US failed to uphold its commitments.

US President Trump said the US will "have to start dropping bombs again" if no deal is reached with Iran. Al Jazeera but he also said in-person talks would "probably" happen this weekend.

Trump declared the US naval blockade will "remain in full force" until "our transaction with Iran is 100% complete." Al Jazeera

Secretary of State Marco Rubio today urged European countries to quickly decide on reimposing sanctions against Iran, warning Iran is violating the existing agreement and nearing the capability to develop a nuclear weapon.
