The next 48 hours are likely to be pivotal as the two-week U.S.–Iran ceasefire is set to expire on Wednesday, April 22.

Iran has agreed to enter a second round of negotiations with the United States. The first round failed after Iran rejected the final offer, mainly due to disagreements over its nuclear program and reluctance to scale back its ambitions.

At the same time, the U.S. continues its naval pressure with a blockade of Iranian ports, which remain closed.

There are also warnings that if no agreement is reached before the ceasefire expires, military action could be reconsidered, including potential airstrikes.

If talks fail again:

• Oil could surge toward $105–$117 per barrel

• S&P 500 may drop around 3%

• Bitcoin could fall back below $70,000

All eyes are now on the second round of negotiations, with hopes for a more stable and lasting resolution.$BTC
