Price is reacting from supply rather than reclaiming demand, and the failed push near 8.45 leaves downside liquidity exposed beneath 8.29 and then the recent 8.176 low. If 8.56 gets reclaimed, the lower-high short is offside, which is why that invalidation makes sense.
