We’ll be honest: migrating critical protocol services in such a short time was a real challenge for our team. But we made it – and most importantly, your accounts were protected:
1️⃣ All open positions were automatically closed at market prices on April 23 at 14:36 (UTC), and all orders were canceled.
2️⃣ If your PnL for the trading day was positive at the moment of closure – it was fully preserved.
3️⃣ If your balance dropped below the start-of-day level after closure – we restored it at our expense.
We understand the downtime impacted your trading, and we’re not going to pretend nothing happened. So here’s what we did:
📈 Every trader has been credited with +3 trading days and +3 profitable days in their current phase – as if each of those days was successfully completed in profit.
🛡 And to make your return to trading as smooth as possible – we've activated free daily drawdown protection for all traders who purchased an account and are currently in Phase 1 or Phase 2 of their challenge.
We believe real loyalty shows in actions, not words. This is one of them.
Important: the transition to the next phase might not have triggered automatically. To fix this, simply open and close any position.
