Arbitrum DAO has initiated a voting process to decide on the release of 30,766 ETH, which was frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council following the Kelp DAO attack. According to NS3.AI, the voting will continue until May 7. In the first hour, the proposal received support from 16.9 million ARB tokens, with no opposition votes recorded. The frozen funds are part of approximately $71.1 million in ETH that the attacker transferred to an Arbitrum One address on April 20.
