$PRL — Rally looks weak, sellers still in control.

This rebound off the lows looks shallow and unconvincing. Volume is drying up, the 1H chart shows a clean downtrend from 0.40, and price is just grinding sideways near the 24h low rather than recovering. If buyers were serious, we'd see stronger reclaim. Instead this looks like distribution before the next leg down toward 0.23–0.21.
