Honest Bot Update: Progress is not a straight green candle
After the latest Grid System improvements, here is the honest status:
The bot is not printing easy money yet.
Current Spot PNL shows a small loss, and that matters.
Because if we only post the green days, we are not building a trading system — we are building marketing noise.
The good part:
The recent updates are not about chasing more entries.
They are about fixing the foundation:
• smarter capital allocation
• cleaner Grid buy/sell ladder logic
• stricter hard stop handling
• better stale-candidate management
• more accurate fee-aware PnL
• stronger audit logs
• fewer black-box decisions
The current goal is simple:
Reduce dumb losses first.
Then scale what survives.
A trading bot does not become robust because it wins one day.
It becomes robust when every loss teaches the system where it was weak — and the next version comes back sharper.
This is still early.
No hype.
No fake screenshots.
No “guaranteed profit” nonsense.
Just live testing, real PnL, real bugs, real fixes, and a system slowly learning to respect risk.
The mission stays the same:
Small edges.
Controlled exposure.
Honest reporting.
Survive first. Compound later.
