Halo turns AI inference into a P2P marketplace.

> uses SPEX to fingerprint inference runs and verify that operators actually completed the work.

The payment model ties directly into $WARD

- ~3.3% of every payment is burned as $WARD

- network usage drives buybacks and burns

- higher usage increases token burn pressure

More inference demand → more network payments → more burned.

So far, 3.7M $WARD has been burned.

First alpha launches on @base, with the full roadmap expected next week.
